About Me
I spent much of my career in financial due diligence, reviewing business financials in the context of acquisitions and investments. That experience gave me a clear understanding of what buyers and investors look for, and why deals often run into trouble when financials aren’t prepared in advance.
I founded Genki Solutions to help business owners prepare for a sale or capital raise by making their financials clean, consistent, and diligence-ready. Rather than focusing only on bookkeeping accuracy, my work centers on whether the numbers will hold up once diligence begins.
Genki Solutions primarily works with owners planning to sell their business within the next one to three years and supports them through preparation and diligence so there are fewer surprises along the way.
Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my two kids, getting them to basketball practices and games and managing the day-to-day routines.
